My two cents worth, for what it's worth: Keep the T-Shirt, the guitar, and some of the riffs, but even up the tempo (as mentioned before, get a metronome), write a bridge, and figure out what ideas to keep, what ideas to scrap, and what ideas to shelf for another song. sounds like a southern metal type of genre you might be shooting for.

get a metronome, sit in a room and work on them till you can get the whole song done, these kinds of riffs can get people moving
