  • Try not to sit back as far and bend at the knees more on your deadlift

  • i feel left out an useless. im barely benchin 300 i can only dead lift 370 for 7 reps an i can only do reg squat at 350 for 8 reps. but i have a 4.7 second 40 yd dash if it counts for anything.

  • we have a sophmore in our highschool that was leg pressing 710 and benching 350 idk about squats but he started at middle linebacker on varsity as a freshmen

  • 275 aint shit, im 14 and i max box squat 405, and i do 340 for a set a 10, and if u ask anyone that i workout with im not a lower body kinda guy, i mostly do upper body, and no i do NOT take steroids. im all natural, nd ive been lifting for over 3.5 years

  • Let me tell you right now thats simply amazing... 405 at 14.. im 15 and max out a little bit over 315lbs..and without steriods.. thats just ridiculous.. if its true..

  • He aint doin much reps but it still good for his age and size.
