Band of Horses-Live on the Green Nashville-Blue Beard

I really want to go see them live for my 18th birthday, they're my favorite band of all time, hands down. Only problem, my over-protective mother won't let me go unless an adult goes, and I have no idea who I'd get to go with me. So basically, what I need to know, and I suspect I know the answer already, do you think a Band of Horses live show has an appropriate atmosphere for a 17 going on 18 year old guy?

Its a free weekly concert they do in front of the courthouse in Nashville in the summer. Just a temporary stage. They do a nice job! Sounds and looks great!
