The card is a unique printers scrap card. it was NOT issued in a pack, it was cut from a practice sheet used by the printer for testing ink. The key thing about the card is it has an overprint of the extremely Rare' brown' Old Mill back, along with the more common El Principe de Gales, and Piedmont overprints too. The Cy Young image is only the black printed outline of his portrait. As for printers scraps this is the best one known, but to advanced collectors the brown OM back is the key.
