I'm not sure of the official definition of "hispanic", but I think it generally just refers to anyone who is descended from a region that was part of Spanish or Portuguese empire, so Filipino people should technically count right? I guess if your bloodline remained unmixed this whole time it wouldn't, but w/e :)
