Mark defines so well what all true conservatives know innately. The distance between constitutional government and the centralized ruling body in Washington, D.C. is now greater than it has ever been to the degree that we hardly recognize 'America' anymore. Liberty has been redefined as 'special rights' and this is the mantel of the Federal Statist of which Mark Levin speaks. Thank you, Mark Levin, for championing the cause.

Ignorance is a curse and it's the statist's best friend. No intelligent person can fall for liberal ideas if they learned about their theory and historic application.

The Supreme Court actually has no authority to set precedents so states and towns are free to ignore their decisions. It can only decide the outcomes of cases. Marshall had the authority to deny Marbury his appointment on the grounds that he felt the law to be unconstitutional, but he actually did not strike down the Judiciary Act of 1789 for any other case.

I completely disagree with his whole view on Marxist's though because the "American dream" as he says really is a dream. It just isn't common for someone born into the working class to move to the capitalist class. Ofcourse it happens, but these are anomalies. Stats show that it's much more likely for you to remain in the class your parents are in. And he should stop talking about drones because everyone at that speech is blindly agreeing with what he says and don't even think to question.

@n1ckleo Exactly the point and for whatever reason some people do not strive to better themselves. And no outside intervention will make those people something they are not. We, as people, can only create the circumstances for people to have the ability to achieve. Our rights, under the Constitution, provide rights given by natures God, not men. Rights afforded by men, can and most likely will, be taken away.

With all due respect though to the lady near the end...I really don't think that's fair to say Canadians don't love Americans.

The people I know and talk to love our American neighbours.
