@Roddyoneeye I would say that he is building this rifle to be used at much farther ranges than the targets where sitting. He is using experience and ballistics to know how much his bullet will drop. Say he plans to hunt where he will be seeing targets as far as 300-400 yards away he wants to hit high at 100 (guessing that was the far target. Hard to tell on a video) so the round will be dead on in the intended range.
@Roddyoneeye I am sure its possible to get 100 yards or closer to some game. Here in Virginia we hunt white tail deer at that range and closer. On an open plain with wide open lines of site, and stalking animals that are under constant pressure from predators, I would say that 300 + shoots would be more normal. Either way, I would rather be high up close where its easier to compensate and let my long range shoots be dead on in my sites so that's on else thing I have to worry about.
Hey Larry, I just ordered a Glock plug and some other shit from you guys a week or so ago and the package came 3 days before it was expected! Super fast shipping and great service. Midway kicks ass.
Awesome!

@MrDobans13 Disregard my reply, I was wrong. It's a .375 H&H (I think?), so more weight will help with the God awful recoil.

@jldwolfe Thanks, I was thinking about "Safari" shots were usually at or closer than 100 yds.
