Beautiful new additions! I live in the Bay Area and im looking to get my dream snake:) a BEL, blue eyed lucy:) was wondering if you trying to produce any BELs this year i would love to get one from you. Im definantly going to the Herp world expo in san jose this summer, not sure i can wait that long tho lol.again beautiful snakes!
The pastel gene has been around so long now and so many paeople have cross bred the different lines of pastels that in my opinion it would almost be impossible to tell one line from the next.
Great snakes Brian. I love your snakes, especially some of the ball pythons. Your videos are probably in my most favourite two or three channels on youtube about snakes.
Will there be any updates on those blue eyed lucys that you produced a while back? And have you considered producing a goldblush (did I get that right?) mojave piebald? I understand it would take some time as pied are recessive but it would be awesome! Your mojaves are great.
My camera is in the repair shop right now, but when I get it back I will do an update on the gold blush lucys for you. I can't wait until I can plug them into the breeding group.
Yes I have plans of producing a clutch of gold blush mojaves het for pied next season.
@ZookeeperUltima Usually, ball pythons are fed rats and not mice. But I see where you are coming from lol. Personally I have no problems with feeding rodents, but I understand what you mean.
Yes the second one is a super fire. You ask how is that posible. The fire is a codominant gene trait. When you breed a fire to a fire 25 % of the babies will come out super fires.
wow both of them are just gorgeous; i like how you said the Firefly will only get brighter with age. lol when you brought out the Super-Fire i was thinking to myself--is that an Albino Leucistic? lol but then i was like wait that doesnt make any sense at all--sometimes i jump the gun before thinking about the common sense lol.......... ^__^
Wait a minute Is that some type of paradox on the super fire? I've never seen a BEL with that kinda dorsal pattern. Well as always goodluck and great looking snake brian.
@MrGreenbottleblue Michael, No it is not a paradox. A good friend of mine produced 2 clutches of these this season. All of the lucys from both clutches showed variations of this very full dorsal pattern. I've seen several photos of super fires that showed blotches of yellow gold, but never have I seen ones with almost full and full yellow dorsal markings.
I'm in the process of getting this guys sister a full dorsal striped Lucy. Hopefully these 2 bred together will produce beautiful offspring.
hello brian i a,m speechless about your new ballpythons.i really love the super fire.he is amazing. congrats on you new pick ups.i would love to see you do more vids .

hey fgs9 I know this is about pythony but was wondering if u couldshare some info or answer some questions I had about my 9 ft redtail female thanks so much
I remember seeing the first black eyed lucy that Mike Willbanks produced. At the time it was one of the most beautiful snakes available. The price tag on that snake was $200,000.
I did not produce these animals. They were produced by my good friend Ken McAllexander owner of Ball Python Investments, out of Texas (check out his web site). He has a very nice collection of ball pythons.
Wow Brian that super fire is mind blowing this is my first time seeing one and the firefly is rich in color beautiful as well can u do an update on ur Boas and ur burm
hey brian, i know you did an episode about breeding BP.... you should make one about how to do boas! november is coming and i have a pair ready i just need to do the right thing and get LUCKY! ;)
I thought that the super fire was all white!? I thought that this was a super sulfur!? I thought that the super sulfurs had the pattern on them like the one you have here!?
You have some very nice things coming, To You, That Super Fire is just Awesome, And I want other to know that FireFly's Will Become a even greater morph as we learn what other Gene's Work best with it,, Great Video , From A Reptie's Life, Take Care..:)

holy crap brian i've never seen superfire like that before!!! it that a super firefly by any chance? or just superfire, nothing else? it is absolutely stunning. fireflys made with that will be killer, i can tell you that right now lol.
I thought Super Fires were Black Eyed Leucistics. That snake is amazing. Have you produced something like that before? Because I can't find any info on another Super Fire that looks like that.
That's either the nicest super fire out there, or you've stumbled upon something. That yellow is absolutely amazing! Hopefuly it reproduces like that.
Nice pick-ups Brian. Very nice looking snakes. That super fire is crazy looking, hopefully you will be able to produce that yellow on the dorsal again that is sweet looking.
Love both of your new snakes! Why is it that sometimes when you breed a Fire X Fire and you get a Black Eyed Lucy that they are not solid white and come out with some yellow patterns on them? I have seen it before but don't understand it.
The super fire looks like an albino clown
