very nice, its suffice to say bikes that run 10 seconds and plus are officially a dime a dozen. 4 cylinders that can beat those bikes are real excitement. i relaly hope some peoples 150 hp 500lbs bikes can run 9 seconds, make a 2 liter motor do that! not hatin, bikes ARE the fastest thing on the road, period, but always nicer then a turbo 4 cylinder can keep up or beat them.

Sheppards talon is in the 6s.....its not impossible....i own a busa and the guys I run with run high 9s low 10s however my stretched stroked busa is in the mid 8s....street legal but she eats sprockets....thats besides the point...he ran a fair race and if the guy on the busa wasnt scared of it and drag raced more often hed be a lil close...hats off good run clean race.

HOW I VIEW THE CLIP! i am a rider and i know bikes are damn fast. i come from the import tuning world and i know their potential. for what this dsm/eclipse was and what it is now its a badass piece of machinery, but if those bikes had better launches, it would have been the other way arround! if you notice in the clip, the dsm has an amazing launch and seems to keep the same distance in front of the bikes the whole time! the race here was in the launch!

Yes I understand the launches look SLOW but my point is that if you put your fastest launch next to a BIKE that launched FASTER...it would make your launch "LOOK" slower than it is.

This car is capable of 9 second 1/4 miles. And Im sure the bikes are too.

However they are on a sandy DUSTY road...which is NOT the best place to luanch a bike. Remember this is NOT a sanctioned race track with a NICE sticky track surface.
