Im a professional receptionist, Im so glad call centers had upgraded to make the work much better and keep the stress level down for the operator. I work in places like Hospitals, Hotels, Corporate Architect, Engineering and Oil companies. I really enjoy a system where I can go to the company website and up information and fax it to clints as well. I wonder is the Cisco system is like that as well?
@MsCuriousCat that depends on the architect who designs the network. and the web developer. if they know how. they can easily do it. if they use Cisco equipment, they are designed for the job. so its up to your IT guys.

I beg to disagree, it Attendant Console makes the job of receptionist much effecient, it cannot replace a human interaction.
