@Steerrider9 Steel bells are illegal all over the place,usually not bcuz of the rodeo but the stock contractors. They wont notice most of the time but if they do they wont let you ride. Stell doesnt crush down if its stepped on so it can hirt the bull,copper will give.

jb i'v used black rosin for 2 year of my bull riding career. untill i started using the brindle beater amber rosin and its easier on your glove and just as sticky as black blended with their rope soap u got a really sticky rope

@JBMauneyPBR i dont like black rosin it messes up ur rope i suggest take a pot and put foil on the bottom and pour some rosin in it and let it melt then u can pour it in somthing that wont break and let it harden then break a piece when u need it works real well and i heard to put sugar in it but i dont knoe if it will mess up ur rope

@KLHrider It doesnt mess up your rope. Most people use black rosin. There is no way rosin can hurt your rope.

i use black rosin as well, so it tends to get pretty caked up so i started using puddy knife to scrap it a lot of it off and it works really good

@bullriderfxxx haha same i had too much rosin and glistoring on so i too a old butter nife and scrapped it off it worked really good

o ya lots of the steers dont have any shoulder so my rope just slides

i personaly like the knuckle pad on the bull rope pads, it wedge the hand in better and more protection. i like full/skip lace handles with cable in the handle
