  • I am trying to grasp what the point is of making a travel documentary about istanbul in which there is no Turkish music and no one is speaking Turkish :P

  • turkey is the most westernized middle eastern city, when i say westernized i don't just mean buildings and mordern roads but the attitude and the culture of the people there is very westernized. awesome.

  • @shubroto81 No not really, there are dozens of Middle Eastern cities that are more 'westernized', e.g. Tel Aviv, Haifa, Ramat Gan, Beirut, etc.

  • Actually it is really not bad English spoken by these two elegant ladies. It is charming English with a charming Turkish accent. Have you ever heard broken English Cockney, spoken by native born English Londoners? Now that's bad English!
