To be honest, if you had bought the dog born disabled then It is not right to have it euthanized, because the dog has never experienced life with all limbs, however if this dog become disabled like this then it is not right to keep her alive, she will never be able to adjust her life, There are many cases like this where a dog has become disabled as a result of an accident leading to increased stress and vets do claim that dogs like this can form minor depression.
