  • were is this located?

  • Beautiful footage of great engines as always at The NJ Live Steamers...a great place with fantastic members. However, I do have to wonder...where is George Parsons' NYC Hudson? He keeps promising me a ride on it, and I NEVER get to see it running! I'll have to take it up with him at the next Greenburg show...and I WILL!

  • @weldboy67 im george's son weldboy67, how can i help you

  • Nice Video 5*****

  • How many horses you think these babys crank out, there not full size but I bet they could pull a ton of weight.

  • Late reply but I hope they can pull more than 1 ton of weight seeing as the weight of these engines I keep seeing is around 2,500 lbs. But hp isnt what you should be concerned with to be honest. Trq is the pulling power you should be concerned with. I would have to say they very well could be in the triple digits on trq. Too bad I cant find information on how much power these engines put out. Would really determin which setup I would choose if I ever made one.

  • well last year i was part of what we call a triple header at another club. we had i think 9 passenger cars and 6 freight cars all of them with people in them. that was ten tons of train and we pulled it no problem, with no sand, and no one getting off to push.

  • nice shot of the bortz's Reading camel back.

  • how did the new hope and ivyland shot end up in there???

  • Just love the noise of the locom...perfect!!

  • what guage is this track? 5"? 7"?

  • NJLS offers Guage 1, 3-1/2, 4-3/4 & 7-1/4. The footage is of 7-1/4" trains.

  • Nice track thanks from Ozarks live steamers

  • TRAINS!!!!!!!!!

  • yo where in new jersey is this

  • Very very nice! Live Steam Greetings from Germany!

  • now this 6981 pacific i was running skip, has alot of pullin power. one time we had 30 cars behind that engine. and it pulled them no problem.

  • you might want to get a second mortgage or, have a machine shop

  • I need to build one of these. Where do you get such trains?

  • I can speak only about Germany and Switzerland. Here you can buy them from Balson, Zimmermann or Reppingen (there are more, but this would go too far here).

But I´m very shure, that your country has such dealers, too. Greetings from Bonn, Germany.

  • mike i dunno if im wrong but i remember your dad sending me an email and he said somethin that your girl friend got a cab ride. was that her i saw rolling on by there.

  • Nice video Mike.
