I am not Larry Williams but I would say that it does.
In the case of equities you would be comparing insider buying and selling versus a sentiment reading like that provided by AAII. AAII's sentiment index is free and you can get some good insider info from Investor's Intellegence, which provides some other excellent market data along with it at a reasonable cost.
@guitar12345ism I think you can use put:call ratios or volume for equities. The commitment of traders (COT) report is great for commodities and currencies. If you google it, you'll find a bunch of websites did all the work of turning the data into charts, so you don't have to look at the CFTC report every friday.
you can easily program them in excel, you will need to download the weekly reports from the CFTC website. they now have the legacy reports and the new disaggregated reports
