I was at this concert travelled over from Ireland with my best friend , unbelievable concert, was so good we went back the next night and paid a bouncer to let us in great times .. thanx for posting this takes me right back cheers
I also was at this concert, I never got to see Japan live (to youg me Mum said lol) So this was the first tme i saw David live, & have seen every tour since including the Albert Hall wiv Mr Fripp.
I bumped into David about a week ago in a computer store in the Boston area. Remarkably, he remembered our first and only meeting two years prior. He actually remembered what we talked about (my photography, his brother Steve's fabulous drumming). What a gracious and humble artist. Love him.
You were so lucky.. I'd be so intrigued to know what fellow artists have/do influence him to make such amazing and unique music.. I guess Ryuichi Sakamoto must have started him off exploring more avant-garde sounds??
thanks, i was in milan 20 years ago and never forget that show (and the greatest band ever seen: isham, torn, jansen, barbieri and the other ones). thanks and help us enjoing with other song from that 80 days tour if you had. thanks again to share this from my favourit artist
i was at this very show and 20 years later its hard to believe it was this good.......one of the finest groups of musicians ever and one of the greatest songwriters, makes this work of the very highest quality.........thanks for the memories!!

Ciao Daniele,
purtroppo non è facilissimo trovare materiale di Sylvian. Io comunque sto sempre all'erta essendo uno dei miei artisti preferiti.
