@mekoar That happens with every game. It simply takes more power to render a higher resolution. It depends on the game. For example: I can run L4D on high settings at 1366x768(native) resoltuion without lag, but I have to run Borderlands in 640x480.

@arzon123 your alienware has two graphics cards in it. it has an intel accelerated mediaset chip and whatever nvidia driver you picked for it. right now it sucks because its running off the intel card. this is because alienware is made by dell and dell doesnt support nvidia drivers even though alienware sells their computers with nvidias drivers in them. what you need to do is mod the INF file on the nvidia driver uninstall and reinstall the nvidia driver and then update and it will run fast.

Nah, there isn't any Dedicated memory in the GMA 4500M, trust me, EVERY application is fooled into thinking it has dedicated, whatever amount of memory is currently being used, shows up as dedicated.

I agree, intel gma are some of the worse graphic cards in gaming, but you could still play games once they're not modern demanding games. But my intel gma 4500m is different to Snipaaz. It has a 128MB dedicated memory and 830MB shared memory. And my PC has 2GB RAM but could hold 4GB maximum.
