People are already scared into getting a vaccine, which the engineered vaccine shortage makes it even more tempting.

If they push too much, it will cause mass hysteria. People not able to get a vaccine due to the shortage will start breaking into vaccination clinics etc..

The thing is, there is no panic. Someone that lives in Kiev uploaded multiple ten minute videos to show no one is panicking. In the video, you rarely see anyone with a mask on.

Other videos of Kiev showing people with masks on are spliced in footage. Those videos are a take of what someone believes, not what its actually like in Kiev.

Eurolab is a private institute which has a conflict with Kiev authorities on the issue of free swine flu tests that Eurolab offered (I believe that Kiev authorities want to have municipal tests made for money and thus do not want any competitors). Eurolab is not the main swine flu testing lab, the main testing is done in two institutes in Kiev and one in Lvov.
