Point taken, I don't know who wrote the words including "uber alles^ but perhaps it was meant in the context of Germany first rather than Germany above all others. Any way I believe Hyden wrote the melody. I also assume the words predate the 1930s.
Reading some of the other comments this video it does appear to attract a
