Interesting song here man. As others have said, this is not dub step. Dub step is usually around 140bpm and from the sound I am hearing it needs more bass. Modulated bass is not necessary for dub step, but it definitely gives it that "dub" "wobble" feel. The beat you've chosen is interesting but sounds more industrial that dub. FL Studio is a great program with a lot of potential: with the right plug-ins and plenty of practice. Look for a VST called Massive. Keep up the good work!

This song is perf in it's state but if you wanted to twist it and build, that would be one of the only things that I can see.
