This is not italian. It's maltese probably. It's a mix of arabic, italian, sicilian and english.
An italian speaker cannot understand the sense of a phrase, only single loanwords here and there.

lol, that "black crud" is either pile alkaline or pure carbon, its what the center posts most in batteries are made from

I opened up a 9v and found the same black crud inside not acid. The batteries were from the dollar store. Way better more powerful and made in asia
