  • NCIX please ship to Europe. The companies are shit over here :(

  • @1pnoe Not in Sweden for sure!

  • What case is that?

  • honestly, if one is knowledgeable enough to buy from ncix instead of best buy or futureshop then one should at least know how to install a graphics card

  • Ive been doing it RIGHT, with Pure common sense for all these years...

  • 8 years ago thats bit to far back

  • please remember to also not have the power cable plugged in for this installation ... can u just add this as an annotation as to reduce the risks of id10T errors...?

  • My 6950 toxic dropped out of pci slot during shipping, nothin damaged...i was furious.

  • Come to australia and i will buy your product

  • The reference design looks pretty nice. Unfortunately, i have a Sapphire cooler on on it. Does anybody know where i can buy this cooler (german shops or some other EU countries would be nice^^)

  • I've been doing it wrong all these years...

  • Go ahead. Put all of those connectors on that statically-charged metal scale. Now put it in your system and boot up.

  • I learned how to fly a rocket from this video

  • I demand european versions of the NCIX pc's ! Very much people are living here and no one gets these PC's.

  • @MrTRISTANCOOL build one yourself maybe ?

  • @101gameadvice no rofl...

  • That is one big ass card

  • the hell...computers went from being gigantic to small...and its slowly getting big again instead of smaller >.>

  • It should be illegal to watch ncix tech tips and not know how to install a graphics card. Haha I joke :P

  • is there any email or something to ask you some questions? because I sent you a message and you didnt answer jajjaaja. thanks

  • do ncix pc's get shipped to europe?

  • @MrTRISTANCOOL No, only in Canada, that sucks!

  • @TheKillerFabivs They ship to the U.S. as well

  • it would be funny if they gave him a AGPX8 PC just to fuck with him but we all love linus so we cant hate :)

  • horizontal case , much better instalation

  • umm, didn't you do this video LONG ago?

  • How about water cooling part 2 ?

  • To be honest, this guide still isn't enough for somebody who doesn't want to have anything to do with building PC!!!

  • @MrEssilor

Have you ever had sex? Is as simple as that, Just PLUG and PLAY! ;)

  • @MadStressy

    Just go have sex!

    You didn't get the point.

  • That case window is a fly's wing, because being covered in plastic makes too much sense.

  • Um linus...you didn't put your case screws back in or mention drivers. I assume this guide is aimed at people with very little computing knowledge so perhaps it would have been a good idea to mention those things.

  • Stupid Americans!

  • @silvionne Wow, way to be racist, and an idiot all at once.

  • @Patrunic Look who's talking. Dude this movie is for total Idiots persons, Americans ofcource. It's the naked truth!

  • @silvionne If you're gonna call someone an idiot in a certain language, at least learn it well enough so you don't end up looking like a complete tool. Also, I'm not American, but congratulations on being a racist tool.

  • someone ho buy a system like that and don't know how tu put a card inside the pc doesn't know wath is buying.

  • @whiteniggerspiderman The irony of you insulting someone buying something that they don't understand how to use / install, when you can't use the language eg tool, you're using to communicate.

  • @Patrunic I learned english in the school 10 years ago men. I don't need any tool.

What I say is not an insult, is just an afirmation. And is sad but true. lol

And if u are one of these people is your problem not mine. Cheers

  • boowhohmmjiigumgums

  • Why not just manufacture a metal bar that bolts and holds the GPU to the case? Or at least make it an option. HP, Dell, and Gateway all do that and I personally much rather have that even if I'm not moving the case around. Just makes things much more solid!

  • AMD 7970 I want it....

  • I really love the cable management in that case :D

  • what's a better video card:

    Radeon HD 6970 OR

    GTX 570

  • @MrDouglaswu Why don't you go for one of the just released 7xxx cards from AMD?

  • @TopVersnelling budget??

  • ncix dot com is not my favorite online etailer. 1egg.

  • i bought a video card from ncix us site which was charged and paid in U.S dollars and yet a foreign transaction fee appeared on my credit card statement.

  • Water cooling part 2 we want it!!!

  • What's with the quality??

  • uuh, new outro sentence :)

  • I listened to Jeremy Clarkson, just use a hammer.

  • what's the difference between crossfire and crossfire x

  • @MrDouglaswu crossfire is older and uses external bridge

  • No anti static wrist band?

  • :superFat: i know

  • Your voice is gettin deeper ;)

  • @taimooralibukhari

    I lol'd

  • simple enough :)

  • @ps3universal 3 graphics card? What do you think you'll gain by using 3?

  • @likeZOMGlmfao he will gain more performance when he uses games/applications that require Graphics Power.

  • @likeZOMGlmfao a better performance, a lot better performance, there are system that run 4 card in 4 way sli if you know what it mean :)

  • if you want to do tri sli and you have 3 of the same gpu's do you need to install the drivers for each card or just once cause they are the same card?

  • @ps3universal No need to do that if you have Window 7, i have run 4 EVGA gtx 570 superclocker on my pc and i don't need to install any driver at all,

  • @luongkevin lolwut, you need to install the drivers if you want it to function at anything close to 100%, and since you got that fact blatantly wrong I'll assume you dont have quad sli

  • Wow the exact same mother board and the exact same gpu that I'm using in my first build.

    Wish me luck:)

  • Dude, we're not stupid, every body know how to install a video card.

  • @luongkevin This is for people that bought a computer from NCIX. Not everyone that buys a gaming computer knows how to build one.

  • Carefully remov..*WHOOSH* :P

  • We should be bugging slick and not linus for watercooling part 2, he's the one in charge of the videos

  • great guide for the newbies. Also, should make mention that i have never seen any retailer pack the inside of a system with anti-static material for shipping. It's the little touches like that, that make NCIX what it is today. Great job guys.

  • LinusNoobTips :p

  • @waseem1173 should be "NCIX nood Tips"

  • its super easy..only noob dont know how to install it

  • @TheFmLOL

Only noobs would write such a comment..

  • you are using that screw driver like a knife :D

  • It could have been my favorite, but it there is no NCIX in the philippines -___-

  • gosh thanks for this i was struggling to put my graphics card in, the cpu socket was too small so i tried the pci slot as you suggested :)

  • @amishbrap Are you being sarcastic ? If not then wtf.

  • @Prometheus090 Duh!!

  • Still waiting on the Ultimate Water Cooling Guide Part 2 =(

  • NCIX's computers should come with a best of dvd of Linus/NCIX Tech Tips or some of Linus' unboxing/review videos about the built in components and some basic computer tutorials just like this one. That would be an awesome service ^^

  • They really couldn't have made it easier for you, cables in place, slot covers removed, even the screws are loosened for you.

  • to dumb it down you put the big thing into the long plug

  • thanks for this video, i finally installed my graphics card, now how do you power this thing on? tutorial please, lol>

  • To summarize: Put the thing into the thing

  • Can you do one about crossfire or SLI

  • It's not even idiotproof, more like imbecileproof

  • love the editing

  • Am I the only one who watched this because of Linus, and already knows how to install a GPU?

  • @MarshallRA no, you're not :D

  • @MarshallRA Of course not ;)

  • "From your favorite online retailer" ... Newegg, however ncix has linus, cats, gold swiftech water block.

  • @TRAUMAeagle And Esther!!

  • Graphics cards are the easiest component to install in my opinion.

  • @Morder269 i think all part are easy, but all parts together can be some tricky :p

  • @marcellnl True, but the graphics card is the easiest (at least if it fits :P)

  • @Morder269 what abot RAM :D

  • @xpgek I failed with that when i built mine ;)

  • @Morder269 Only thing i failed with actually.

  • Despite this being so simple, I still know people who have tried to plug the GPU in the RAM slot....

  • Linus please help,

I dont understand, are you a CEO in NCIX ?

    Or a general manager ?

    Something... ?

  • ok now how i have to install ram? (joke)

  • the imperial system is fucked up.

  • @MindSeeR666 yes as long as your board supports two cards or more just plug them in if your board supports SLI it will come with the bridge. Turn pc on update drivers then in NVIDIA setting enable SLI.

  • Subscribe to NCIXTechTips? Never heard of that Channel before.

    @ 3:43

  • did you get many returns because heavy graphics cards fell out or bent or damaged something?

  • Why am I watching this? I know how to install a video card

  • @SuperFatPrivate

    To support Linus!!

  • @Hokrollo1 yeah that's right :D

  • Comment removed

  • more guides btw <3

  • thumbs up if you want linus to make a guide on how to build modern monster pc.

  • Alright Alright, we gotta start nagging about water cooling tut'

  • Can someone tell me a good case for around 120 Euro "i dont mind if its 10-15 euro's more, without shipping"

  • @SnakePlizkin cooler master 690 ii advance?

  • @SnakePlizkin Depends what you're going to do with it and the looks. I'd probably recommend the Corsair Carbide 500r, haf 932, Fractal arc midi, fractal Define series, and the nzxt phantom

  • @SnakePlizkin also the corsair 650d

  • Dont you get brackets that go into the pci brackets aswell that help support the card?

  • @connell256 only with bigger cards such as the asus matrix and mars cards ( tripple slot, or more) i think

  • lol with all due respect, but what a useless video... :D

  • what case is that?

  • I think you forgot to say to install the drivers afterwards or did you guys pre-installed it?

  • @Gascan38 i believe that they ensure everything is working before they ship the system to you.

  • Still it good to known back how to plug in

     it...

  • @lawrenceloo91 what!? xD

  • Even though I know how to install a graphics card already, I still watched te video lol

  • non static my ass.

  • Ok... And where is Watercooling Part 2?

  • Want Watercooling part 2. This guide is rediocolus, just google it IF you don't how to do it (even though you get instructions included with both the motherboard and graphics card) just google it and you'l get a couple of million hits.

  • @Baxtexx lol? rediocolus XD

  • WE WANT WATERCOOLING PART 2:)) upload it on christmasLPPOPO

  • QWhat next? How to plug the monitor? How to turn in the pc? C'mon this is basic stuff linus!

  • talking about guides, wheres the watercooling?

  • I still don't know how to plug in a card. This is hard work.

  • make some videos about laptops :0

  • ... Seriously, who the hell needs a guide for this? Almost the same if you would make a video on how to use a toaster.

  • Metric System = International System, fuck feets and inches

  • @BressanFranco u seem slightly mad...

  • @StopGettingFiesty No i'm not, i just wanted to start a fire like PC vs. Mac

  • @BressanFranco Heeeeeell yeah!

  • @BressanFranco standard system ftw

  • @BressanFranco It's feet, not feets. Feet itself is more than one foot.

  • @TehRockLobsterr Sorry for the mistake, i'm not english but, like my grandpa says, it's always nice to know and i'll just try o improve my english a little bit more

  • @BressanFranco It's fine, it's just a pet peeve of mine.

  • @BressanFranco Respect :)

  • @BressanFranco The plural is just "feet." Although I agree with the sentiment.

  • @MightyCobraAttack thank you for the correction, i'm not english but i'll continue to improve myself

  • @BressanFranco I live in the US and prefer the metric system when it comes to chemistry, physics, and other sciences, but when it's just casual measurement the customary or Imperial units (which by the way were created by the British, not the U.S. as people think) are more convienient. For instance, the SI units don't have anything between the centimeter and meter for casual measurement, unless you want to confuse people with decimeters. "Feet" is a much more useful measurement in that scenario.

  • @BressanFranco Esattamente amico

  • @PorscheLover87 la gente deve iniziare a cambiare in fine dei conti sono stati gli americani a volere la formazione di un sistema internazionale (ONU) dopo aver fatto entrare il mondo nell'era della globalizzazione

  • @BressanFranco I grew up in America and still live there and I find myself using metric system way more even though everyone around me is using the stupid feet & inches

  • Final step fail. Never put the side panel on before starting up PC.

  • @SamoMalo2 Why

  • Why would anyone make NCIX build it then?

  • Would you make a fail video? I think you've already broken something

while filming and it would be awesome to see some of those fails :D

  • So when is the water...I don't care...

  • Any one who has never installed a video card who is nervous about it all you have to ask your self is.. Have I ever played Lego? If yes you can plug in a damn card!

  • @EverybodyFunny666 THANK YOU! that's the way I have reasoned ever since I started looking for a new card, then I moved onto building a whole system easy. It's so simple.

  • @EverybodyFunny666 very well said.

  • ur technicians are lazy.... my pc's didnot have wires easily reachable...

  • I cannot understand why the quality of each video varies from superb to nearly unwatchable, sound and image-wise.

  • i love how he says "carefully" remove the protection and he just throw it out lol

  • Installing Graphics card is probably the most simple component to install. Next to RAM.
