That is not 80's game show music. It is the theme song to a little known 1970's TV Program called "The Love Boat". The first two ships in the video were used in that TV Program. Those ships and the TV program helped to build the cruise industry we have today. One of the new princess ships carry more passengers then the entire Pricess fleet did in 1980.
I have sailed on Princess and on Princess only. That makes my parents Platinum class but since Im only 13 it doesnt count for me even though I have been on 12 cruises.

I've never been on a ship but I think it would be safe to bring TONS of Dramamine and those elastic things called "Sea Bands" That you wear on the wrist.... well It couldn't hurt to bring them along!
Just Make sure you get there 3 hrs. early. You can avoid crouds and can be the first on. While you are waiting take pictures and look at the enormous ship. Take yer time to think and say to yourself something so big must be safe.
