He does not want you to feel sorry for him. He is able to do uniquely funny things that other people cannot, and he allows others to laugh along with him! Fortunately, God blessed him w/ a great personality and attitude!

Let me illustrate... I am a public high school teacher, and believe me, the best times I have in the classroom with my students is when I don't take everything so seriously and I am able to laugh at myself (and allow the kids to laugh as well). Those are the best times!

Cause he probably heard " laugh at yourself before anybody else can" when you make jokes about yourself, it is safer and less harmful than what others might say or do, right?
