  • Next she'll be blowing eagles from her butthole.Chick is hot...Oh brian redban.

  • How did they make Miku 3D on the stage?

  • love youu, hatsune miku

  • Love this it's...it's ... haa i love hatsune Miku

  • Wat....

  • me da cosa esto !

  • by the way i totally saw the glass. there's a giant piece of glass seperating the fans from the actual stage, so it looks real and blends with the band members.

  • wonder if it costs extra to get the Y shaped glowsticks...

  • HATSUNE MIKU! WE LOVE YOU! <3<3 Hope you do well on the olimpic games at London

Because they voted for you! ^^

  • well im am super proud what they made ^.^ Greetings from Canada!

  • see how they all get exited when she started singing...funny as hell

  • I wanna leek glowstick tooooooo

  • Lol jks but really o.O

  • I wanna do her

  • Omg o.0

  • o_O

  • @Parispaws1 uhh it's because the song shows emotion doesn't matter if you understand it or not

  • Si hicieran giras internacionales, por lo menos en mi país El Salvador habría un lleno increible del lugar donde presenten este show... yo sería uno que haría hasta lo imposible por estar ahí, ojala lo tomaran en cuenta y lo hicieran los productores

  • I so wanna catch one of these concerts.

  • -Last-

Impossible for humans, different kinds of tones that human voice can't make, it's just another face of music, I believe that people can understand the difference between humans and things like this, and i assure you, and if that difference is understood there is no problem in admire and be in awe because of this, because, it's just another face of technology, which was ultimately created by humans. I really liked this, and i support anybody who likes Hatsune Miku.

  • -CONTINUATION-

Sorry for the long comment, XD, also, idk why people is calling this shit, if i bet they themselves are experiencing firsthand the impact of technology, things such as electric guitars, electric basses, all the effects a electric guitar can have, it's just exactly the same, so, in music we have talent, and abilities with hands and vocal cords, sure, but, if the voices are composed entirely by computer we can find also abilities composing and creating thins that would be impossible

  • I've read a few comments and would like to express my opinion on the subject, this is merely my opinion and by no means i meant any harm to any people in here, beforehand, i'd like to apologize if i offend someone.

The first thing i notices is the debate between people who thinks this as a bad thing and those who think it's a good think, well, I think this is just a consequence of the technological development over the years, it is just normal that this would happen

  • I think the Gorillaz are just LED screens.

  • Wow that is absolutley amazing how real it looks! Technology has come so far.

  • need some pornstar hologram projections at place of this animated

  • ok???? um why listen to it if you cant understand what shes saying

  • Why is everyone saying 'WTF' for? The japanease is amazing. So is Miku. ;-;

  • MAN MIKU GO HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • is this real or fake

  • @sybritneyfan4ever8 it's all real.

  • prefiero a los artistas de carne y hueso asi siento sus emociones, y los puedo tocar vocaloid no

  • WHAT HAPPEND TO PANDAJOI326's COMMENT!?!?!?!?!?!

  • WTF!!!!????

  • This is why we're losing people!!!

  • i wish we had cool things like this in america

  • i think the chick whose voice they sampled should do the live singing....

    then hatsune lips it

  • @mrmeekl24 The voice of hatsuni miko is created by a computer software called vocaloid, they didn't use a human voice to make hers

  • @JCCTAPIA yes they did.... look it up

  • @mrmeekl24 The point of Vocaloid is to make sounds that would otherwise be impossible, unless someone used auto-tune. If they had the person who voiced Hatsune do that, then what would be the difference in just having the computer do it?

  • @pokemonrulz10 ......i didn't do it so........ yeah... seriously look it up

  • @Bazzralic

Its true thats its not a "proper hologram (like in star wars)", the projection makes it like what u see when u wear 3D glasses. Except that it goes in deeper, not like in the movies where they reach out to you. Its like the same with the 3D effect on the 3DS. So yeah, its pretty close :P

  • I like her dancing... I want a mini hologram gadget thing of her Lol :D

  • EPIC.

  • fuck, i actually thought they had started making good on that hologram promise (the one where they were like 'oh yeah were gonna have this done by 2026), but i saw that glass thing and lol'd.

Nice try Japan. You almost got me on this intel.

  • WTF

  • @stellaandreanna

-continued- Those customers then use Miku to provide the vocals for the songs they want her (Miku) to sing. Therefore, all this means that Saki would have no need to sing the songs as the producers would only have to input the lyrics and melody into Miku, which already has the pre-recorded sounds of her (Saki's) voice, to produce the vocals for the songs.

  • YONE! Sono ichi, itsumo to chigau ga miga-.... Hi mum. Why are you in my room?

~I'm a crazy Vocaloid fangirl who happens to have a miku cosplay and seen this show live XD My posters are miku, my clothes are miku, my walls are miku.... i'm a miku-tard... HAHA :) AND I'M AUSTRALIAN!!!

  • i bet that the guy's in the front row were trying to see up her skirt

  • sooo hatsune miku's voice is based of saki fujita.... HOW THE HELL CAN SHE SING DISAPPEARANCE OF HATSUNE MIKU?

  • @stellaandreanna

While it is true that Saki Fujita is the voice provider of Hatsune Miku, Saki Fujita does not sing the songs which are sung by Miku. The voice of Saki Fujita is recorded in the form of Japanese phonics, which the developer, Crypton Future Media, inputs into the Vocaloid2 engine. Crypton then gives a name for the voicebank, which in this case, Hatsune Miku, and sells the voicebank to their customers.

  • @Animemindchamp ohhh

  • The funnier thing is that they also have the tour coming to America.

    Oh, Japan.

  • OMYGOD ! How do they do THIS ??

  • ya kemaron cerebro en japonn...

  • Ok WTFH but can I just say....AMAZING!!!!!...I should get one that speaks engulish that will just have a conversation with me for my house! That would eleminate rainy day bordome FOREVER!!!!To bad I cannot afford nor build such a thing.

  • @Yomysexybitches There's english ones, but they're not that good. The newest one is Big Al, who sounds completely derpy with his western accent, but it's funny XD.

There's also Miriam, Leon, Lola, etc ^^

  • O_O this is so unreal yet im seeing it with my to eyes O_O how the ....., technology is something to be wondered but this is somethign to be STRAIGHT DOWN WTF all over the place!!! XD

  • So kawaii *-*

  • It is sad the way 'hologram' is used regardless; short-o-cakey confusion

  • yes beautiful lyrics, so deep...

hell no i can't understand them at all but this rocks!

  • WOW! Genial gemacht wusste nit das es sowas gibt will au auf so ein Konzert XD

  • michelle phan can get on this stage ?

  • I find it odd that a song generated by a computer program sounds more natural than a human voice put through auto-tune. Albeit the program was made with voice-sampling, but, still; odd.

  • i already knew she was a hologram before even reading the description

1 : how can a darn human look like that

    2 : huge eyes

    3 : turqouise hair ( really? )

4 : if u look closly at her feet, shes actually like floating in the air not on stage

    BUT I STILL LOVE HER!

  • @stellaandreanna no one thought she was real in the first place.

  • @stellaandreanna

    Thank you captain Obvious.

  • I really love her dancemove on 0:38

    ^o-

  • No offense, but I really was wondering why the audience was like KYAA~~~!! The performance is cool, but it still bugs me coz THAT WAS A 3D HOLO >3<

  • I would totally attend a concert. She's cute, it's a good show, I like the music PLUS it actually feels like the 21st century. We still have no flying cars or a colony on Mars, not even a post-apocalyptic world with mutants, so at least let us all have some hologram concerts/idols.

  • Is it wrong to have a boner?

  • @Sylpheix - it's okay i got one too when the guitar break happened at 1:35 and she put her hands on her hips and shakes left and right. I'd show her software some hardware LOL

  • Has no one seen Gorillaz live

  • @andhellomyneighbor But gorillaz use a massive TV, this is a 3D projection in space, surrounded on all sides by people

  • @andhellomyneighbor I might add, a well done projection. It is actually projected onto a fine mesh screen giving the illusion of a hologram. I've seen this tech before

  • es tan real como santa claus

  • wish shes real... :(

  • I love the technology involved, but it's not real, I don't get why people get so excited about a hologram. The song is good, though, maybe that is why the crowd is so excited.

  • @PiggyKlinsmen Because it's a freaking hologram?! xDDDD I dunno.. maybe it's because of that. ^^

  • @PiggyKlinsmen

lol. pop stars are not real either.

  • 0:22

  • >IDOL WORSHIPING!!! Lolz.*

  • I can tell shes fake but why is hatsune miku a fake singer???

  • Sorry, but that is a typo. >.>; That's a translucent screen with a dual-projector 3D projection system behind it, not unlike those 3D movie theaters where they make you wear glasses... except the translucent screen did the task of the glasses.

That doesn't change the awesomeness of the whole virtual singer concert idea, though. Please, SEGA, come back and prevent 5pb. from unleashing crappy 2011 concerts on us again!

Also, there's a backstage video floating around. Pretty awesome tech there.

  • Go Vocaloid! Miku is epic! Len is better! Lol

  • WOAAAHH THATS CRAZY !!

    i love it !!!

  • Don't let her near Amy Winehouse. She WILL be a bad influence.

  • Hatsune Miku has the Jack. She is a virus & she WILL infect You.

  • Japan is really big on Anime! >,<

  • This is Japan's answer to Dethklok.

  • @MONKEYDOGK1LLA If I had access to this there would be real pokemon battles XD

  • Clever, but is it art?

  • @edwardinkling It is.

  • WTF!

  • She maybe a hologram (like), but she got the factors that a singer must have: Voice Quality, Stage Presence and performance, and Audience Impact. She nailed all of it very well (although I do not understand the lyrics).

  • so creepy....fascinating though

  • 0:28 the back of her head looks like a butt lol

  • those are SOME glow sticks

  • Awesome !!!

  • holograms concert? i would like a man with an average voice concert rather than holograms. The technology had control the people, rather than the people controlling the technology...

  • this music is badassness to the max!

  • Comment removed

  • omg, were those glowsticks...LEEKS?! >:D

  • there is one at LA on july 4th,but the tickets already been sold out.......T^T

  • where can i buy the software i want to get it

  • @ntripolone as far as i know its only JP but Viz has the license for it so in a year or so we may see some products out im not sure how long a translation will be for the software becuase not only do you need to translate the program you also need someone to voice her

  • @ntripolone as far as i know its only JP but Viz has the license for it so in a year or so we may see some products out im not sure how long a translation will be for the software becuase not only do you need to translate the program you also need someone to voice her Which i have heard is being worked on

  • Excellent. I hear this will be at an anime expo in los angeles this summer

  • actually the song is pretty good, although I don't understand a word >P. I've to get it on itunes or something!

  • @Shu8i lol i was thinking the same.

but that's the weird thing about it, it's really pretty good!

  • Scary...

  • @MolecularMoonlight HOW IS IT???!!!!

  • Why is it that all the news reports and "OMG Hologram singer" videos only have miku singing World is Mine? (don't get me wrong, it's my second favorite vocaloids song) But I think that there should be more Disappearance of hatsune miku videos

  • aah, hologram -.-'' I'm stupid

  • aah, hologram -.-''

  • but, but .. is a hologram, a figure .. I do not understand

  • Holly hell that is one awesome hologram love it!!!

  • I have there was an american movie that was like this...

  • people who had backstage passes were probably relly disappointed :P found a guy on a computer

  • @PandaJoi326 haha xD

  • @PandaJoi326 Nope, they found the producers behind the music. At least they didn't find a bitchy, immature diva.

  • =O

  • Only asian people pays for stuff like this, lol

  • @Erlendfra92 But its only asians people that have stuff like this :)

  • EPIC

  • I don't understand how people can love something that doesn't exist..

  • @GoingBackToTheRoots7 Yet we Americans love characters like Cpt. Jack Sparrow (even though doesn't exist in real life). :)

  • Soooo awesome!!!!

  • if theres a concert im packing up and going im need mah money for the glow leek :3

  • @kittykat2o1o Every 9th March there is concert called "Miku's Thanksgiving day" (in Japanese you read "3" as both "mi" and "san", and "9" is read as both "ku" and "kyuu", so for 3-9, you can say it as both "miku" and "sankyuu"; "Miku" is her name, and "sankyuu" is Japanese pronunciation of English 'thank you').

So you got a bit less then a year for collecting money, good luck! :)

  • this is sooo ccooolll!!!

  • that is friking cool!!!!!

  • meeh, I'd rather go and watch Gorillaz perform in "holograms" XDD

  • I'm like addicted to this song ! Haha .

  • hahaha:D really amazing!

  • I would vote this song #1 in the U.S. if given the chance. It beats any and all rap junk.

  • LOL I RATED THE 1000 LIKE...

  • IMPRESIONANTE.....

  • I wanna jump up on tage and just give her a GIANT hug! but sadly ill fall

  • This is incredible!

  • This is my favorite artist and song. She's totally amazing, much better than any other japanese artist.

  • WTF ???!!!

  • "Japan's newest singing sensation" where have you been the past few years?

  • Japanese people are out of their freaking MINDS!

God how I love Japan..... xD

  • @jonnavdpas it's Hatsune Miko ... it started out as a avatar for a automated singing program called Vocaloid. Concidentally that program used to create the vocals for this song. The character became a internet sensation thanks to Japans 2chan and USA's 4chan.

Thumb this up if you think people should know what they are talking about when they call this retarded. Not like it's less real than the auto-tuned bullshit of must pop music.

  • @jonnavdpas The concert in LA was just as crazy. The only difference was less glowsticks

  • hamma

  • Actually... calling her a hologram is a bit of a misnomer. A hologram discribes a 3-Dimensional image. All this is is 2D rear-projection onto a big sheet of glass (2 bright lights behind her are the projectors). The technology for her image is no more advance than a movie theater. The CG used for her creates an optical illusion of her being hologram. Doesn't make it any less cool though: I've priced plane tickets and hotels for the next show... Unfortunately too expensive ATM...

  • Junk

  • Gentlemen, we are one step closer to the Holo-Deck!

  • Who wants to become my business partner and move to Japan to open a holographic strip club?!?!?!?

  • Lol she needs anti-aliasing Bad!

  • wow is that 3d or is it a screen?

  • japanese people are crasy but thats why i love japan XD

  • notice the hollogram thingie shining in back of her

  • WtehF this is pretty cool.... But a little wierd

  • JAPAN IS SOOO COOOOOOL!

  • what shall we do with this new ground breaking technology?

TO THE CONCERT MY JAPANESE MEN!!

  • at first i thought one of the people in ht crowd was swinging a prosthetic leg, but now i see it is a leek

  • HASTUNE MIKU *__*

  • HOW ARE THEY DOING THIS. AHHHHHHH.

  • 那隻"蔥"的螢光棒我好想要啊XDDD

  • Everyone wishes they can serve princess miku :3

  • awww se ve tan genial *u*

  • Does anyone understand how the "Highest Rated Comments" works? I made a comment about a month ago that received 43 thumbs up. Why is it not listed as the Highest Rated Comment? I've also noticed this from other YouTube videos in which someone has the most thumbs up but, for some mysterious reason, doesn't make it in the Highest Rated Comments category. Does the owner of each YouTube video decide what makes it into that category? It's truly puzzling.

  • this reminds me of this episode of Aurthor, when there's a hologram band. lol

  • ustedes a mi me la chupan de dorapa!

  • help me obi wan kenobi you're my only hope.lol
