Beautiful tribute for him. I saw the story about what happened on Dateline last night and was heartbroken for him, his family, and friends. Emery really seemed like a good guy with a seemingly great future ahead of him, he definitely didn't deserve to go out that way. RIP Emery. All love.

When Eric House got sentenced to 3 years in state prison on Friday, I was laughing my ass off. I ran into these guys the night Emery was killed, unfortunately, House's role in getting the whole chain events going has been severely UNDERPLAYED in the media. I think his father James, must have played The Karate Kid, over and over to him, telling him to be like William Zabka's character Johnny Lawrence, student leader of the Cobra Kais. I actually heard about Emery from an article in the march 08 national geographic magazine and then read the LA Times article. Man, its so sad what happened to him. I hope everybody reads that article and realize that there are consequences to every action.
