  • Great info!!! i have one question tho, i kno it's always better to deal with cash buyers when wholesaling, but what are some of the pros and cons when dealing with a buyer who has convential finacing, is this even possible?

  • @empirest87 Possible but very difficult because lenders won't allow assignments and in this day and age you can't build your biz on buyers needing C loans

  • Because you do so many houses per year, have you gotten hit with the "dealer tax"? or do you just have to pay the regular income tax as if you were working at a normal job?

  • What is best to do first find a house are get my buyer's list together

  • Both ways work but I teach my students to to find the deal first and let your deals build your buyer's list

  • How would i be able to get a loan without income?

  • Nearly impossible but I don't know everything

Plus you don't need a loan if you learn to wholesale real estate mainly houses

  • First and foremost, very educational vid. Thank You. I am seeking advice on how to handle, deal, and close on a property that does not need ANY rehabbing done to it but the owner is looking to sell. What is that type of situation called in Real Estate jargon?

  • Nothing really special about this deal, it sounds like a regular RETAIL sale if i understand you correctly

  • The first time I tried this was a lease option in the Pocono Mountains, Pa. It blew up in my face also because I never did a title search until after I signed the lease. The seller owed out crazy amounts of money and had liens on the house. I was greener than green veggies! LOL I bought the Carlton Sheets course many years ago and let it sit around for 5 years before I looked at it. After doing much research, I'm ready to get back in the real estate game again. Guess I'll be calling you.

  • yeah, bigger risk but the reward is bigger

  • You are really going to like Ty he is very helpful and will never leave you hanging, he helps people without even asking for money there is no one like him on here.

  • I put out the Bandit Signs, actually I made my own the way you said and have continued to get calls. I'm working on a deal right now. thanks

  • this stuff works, lol

  • educate yourself first with a course or a lot of research,

a course will speed up the process, it doesn't have to be my course but someone's...

    don't re-invent the wheel

  • I Live in Los angeles. Can you give me some ideas on getting my first deal fast

  • What concerns me other that getting bank approval, is how to write and present the offer and then the contract...??

  • Tyrone I want to buy but I am worried about what I should put in my purchase agreement & contract to protect me if somethin goes wrong..

  • What concerns do you have? Transactions are happening every minute of the day, what scares you?

  • I bought a course for $400 and bought 50 bandit signs for $250 - which I over paid for those signs but my first deal was for $2500 within 30 days of that purchase, DO THE MATH... I was able to find a better deal on bandit signs thru another company

  • how did you find your buyers?

  • Back then I simply placed an ad in the newspaper but it's not that simple anymore, check out my vids for tips

  • I love all you videos, you are very informative and you really inspire me to get started. The one question is, how much money did you start with???

  • Tyrone, I like what I see and I'm interested in what your doing, but I have a lot of questions.

  • Holla at me

  • Hey brother Tyrone, you are a great help to those that think they want to do this! I am going to bring you to Michigan to teach me!

  • I'm ready, just let me know
