You can't see the full video here. The woman arrives at the platform. She lets go of the handles to mess with the blanket or something. The wind pushes the pram towards the tracks. She stops it and moves it back towards the wall. She SAW the cart was rolling towards because of the wind and the incline of the platform. Even so she did not apply the brake of the pram or place her body between the pram and the tracks. She's an idiot.
