How did you become fluent in Japanese? I currently work in Tokyo and my company offers free Japanese classes, so I'm picking up some phrases/words, but I still find it difficult to become conversationally fluent even after a year of classes and casual speaking with my local friends.

Of course the amount of protein varies from food to food. I really love Hemp seeds. Hemp seeds are actually nuts that contain all of the 10 essential amino acids as well as fatty acids and omegas 3 & 6 that the body needs. It's considered a super food. Lentils are also a great source of protein and they're cheaper too lol

i think it's very good you can speak korean,japanese and english with no problems and understand other languages as well. i really admire people with such skills like learning many languages or understanding them. so that's a pro for your confidence :)

English didn't actually take time since that is the first language I learned, Korean was more like survival mode since I had to speak the language when my family went to Korea to live and Japanese took me 3 years to confidently say I could "speak" the language :p

English didn't actually take time since that is the first language I learned, Korean was more like survival mode since I had to speak the language when my family went to Korea to live and Japanese took me 3 years to confidently say I could "speak" the language :p

You originally called animal organizations ignorant, now you are twisting the subject. Animal organizations aren't telling you to go out and buy synthetic clothes, cosmetics, and household items. They are promoting a lifestyle which decreases our impact on the lives of animals, which includes not eating meat and purchasing products that have a minimal effect on our planet.
