  • hey hola amigo solo quiero decirte q ya aprendi a tocar Goodbye Blue Sky gracias a tu tutorial jaja muchas garcias lo haces muy bien

  • Well done! The tempo is faster, but it isn't distasteful. In fact, it works at this tempo because it adds the frantic emotions of the lyrics. The original is slower and is sung delicately, but the lyrics give the sense of fear. Since you aren't singing with the music, your tempo works to sonically (instead of verbally) illustrate the panic of the song. I hope this makes sense; I just had to defend your tempo use! Truly lovely cover!

  • great job again, you play with feeling, awesome. a little to fast but you have nothing to keep it to the right speed with besides what you remember which its very easy to go too fast or too slow just playing by yourself. 5/5

  • tooo fastttt

  • sweet very sweet!

  • good job but slow down a little bit the tempo

  • Thank you very much, this was awesome. Your lesson was really helpfull.

  • Well played, nice tone, A tad to fast as you already know. Also your lesson is very good, As for finger cracking LYMBO. He should listen to the original a bit more before making comments. Yours is much better.

  • very good job

  • good job. Noticed a few mistakes, but it sounds very good =)

  • Too fast, a little bit

  • shit i think its sounds good sped up a little bit.

  • nice

  • nice lad cheers

  • Tempo is a bit too fast and irregular for my taste. Also i think you should use 2 string chords instead of a single note melody for the verses and chorus. The chord progression in the second verse isnt quite accurate and the ending needs a constant bass line.Check my version 2 see what i mean. Dont take it as an offense, but as a feedback: you should really get it straight before trying to teach it.

  • Well you're certainly entitled to your opinion. And I agree with the tempo being a little fast. But I listened to yours and wasn't all to impressed with yours either. Though I do like it in drop D. Listen to the song again. The oh oh oh part in the beginning and middle isn't done the way you do it. I know its the way Jumangi does it, but it's not how it gos in the song.

  • Jesus I had a listen to both and Mike, yours by far is better than that fudd Lymbos'. The only comment I make on yours Mikes is that your tempo is noticably faster than the original track but I think its a great cover :)

  • @mike3571 i agree with you mike, lymbo seems to be full of himself as your cover is far superior to his, a bit quick but bang on. i started this song today and if successfull i'll let you know...

  • i learned a little bit from all the different versions that you've all been generous enough to share. my thanks to everyone. the diversity of the internet rocks. cheers.

  • Well done!

  • Congratulations!...from Brazil.

  • Pretty nice job! A little too fast for my liking though.

  • Nice work dude. It's shown me where to go on the board. Could probably squeeze out the double guitars on one. Just need 2 extra fingers. 8-)

  • Sounds great, had a go at this myself but could never figure it all out, well done, great job

  • Thanks for checking it out. I've actually been planning on putting a guitar lesson up for this song. Look for it in the next week sometime.

  • That's cool, wish i knew how to play.

  • Now that sounds great. Very cool tune. You can tell you enjoy playing it. Nice job.

  • Very nice!

  • Excellent job my friend! It is obvious you put lots of time into learning that and you should be happy with the outcome, you practically nailed it!

  • Mike, great job. What kind of wood is that guitar. Sound like a low grade spruce maybe

  • Thank you! It is a spruce though I'm not sure of what grade it is.

  • nice little "flip thing" lol i like how you told that guy off..its the creativity in a musician that counts not the ability to be "perfect"...although its every musicians dream hahaha ;) comment me back if youd like

  • Thanks! I guess what bugged me with that 1 guys comment is his assumption that I should want to plat it note for note exact. Now if I was taking shortcuts he'd have a legitimate complaint. But I am just doing a hammer on/pullof because I like too. I could easily not do the hammer/on pulloff thing and it'd be right. Thanks alot for your comment.

  • u have a good sound, but u gave me little pet peaves, u do things off beet as to when they are supposed to be planed, and the begiiinning little flip thing is played wrong dude.

  • I like the beginnig little flip thing. I'm not trying to be Pink floyd here.

  • love your music, love your work! i will surely subscribe
