Use "ZillaTube". It converts well to many good quality videos, audio, etc for iPod and more.

just google for "Zilla Tube", and download it from the first google search result.

I've already solved the problem. I first clicked 'files' and then 'sync ipod' but you have to go to '(your name)'s ipod' (or something like that, I'm not english) and then you go to 'movies' and click syncronise there. I don't know if you've already tried that though. :P

When It Didn't work i tried to fix it. First I went to Media-convert, then I clicked Browse, Get The video you want, the click input Windows Media Video, then for output click Windows, then in the 1st bock it should say 4>30 type 4 then go down to 96x96>948x576 type in 425x325 then click okay let it wait for it to download the click download click save let it download click Run then close the go to Itunes and find the file I should be there if it isn't I don't know how the hell I did it?
