Joe Buck is the #1 play by play announcer on FOX Saturday Baseball. So how can he be the #1 announcer if he only does 8 baseball games a year? I like Joe Buck but he is too lame in his voice. He also tried horse racing in the early 1990s.
Joe Buck sucks!!! He is the anti-Bears fan! Last year, on an afternoon game, the Bears just received the ball on their own 3 or 4 yard line, and Joe's bitchy comment on 1st down is "They gotta move the ball far enough so they have some room to get a punt off." Even Aikman, a former Cowboy, won't rant the Bears' offense like that.
JOE BUCK IS A BORING!!! announcer, he needs to show more excitement and emotion, by him just staying calm and talking during a dramatic and exciting play tells me he doesn't give a damn about the game and could care less what happens!!
NO HE ISNT, GUS JOHNSON is the BEST announcer EVER!! joe needs to show emotion, he is too monotone and acts like he could fall asleep at anytime, i mean when there's an exciting play or watever he needs to show emotion instead of talking with no emotion, by this he's telling me he doesn't give a crap about the game!!!

I'm not too keen on Joe Buck personally, but he's an average announcer. I surely do miss the Madden/pat summerall combo for NFL on Fox.

Buck shows no emotion. My vote for top broadcaster for FOX is Thom Brennamen and while you're at it, bring back Steve Lyons (racist, my ass!).
