  • @jcobi7 there is no e in judgment; it is spelled correctly in the video.

  • @haleyanna77 It's British English with e

  • @jcobi7 It's American English without e

  • Wow. This is exactly what I needed to introduce the idea of New Media for a new media inquiry unit plan :) This is awesome!

  • knowing how to use facebook is not important, sorry.

  • This is nice video93397616

  • I will prefer New Literacies as New Media Literacies limit the scope to media only.

  • I think it is clear from the video that it is important, appropriate and has already changed many things. As a school librarian, I have changed my practice significantly over the last few years to make students better, smarter producers and consumers of media, both on and off line. If schools want to remain in any way relevant to the rest of students lives, we must be smart ourselves about this issue.

  • Thanks for bringing more awareness to Media Literacy out there.

  • These people are talking about literacy, but they use words that do not exist. Literacies???

Here's some questions I wanted answered about New Media Literacies:

    Is it important?

    Is it approporate?

    Will is change anything?

    Is it worth action?
