@dogman123andrew just search on the internet for lessons about making 3d stuff for games like "Zbrush for games" or "3ds max for games" "textures for games" and so on. its really simple.
@skruvmaejsel 3ds max and maya are 99% the same, just pick the one you fell the most comfortable with, both of them are the top notch nowadays for 3d designers.
@Eat3D Thanks, I'm completely new to this. I chose 3dsm because i thought it was more popular; there for more tutorials available. What about others like XSI, C4D, houdini etc?

@3Deity Well, this process uses photoshop for a lot of it for touching up, so animating would be a different process.
