It's available on iPod/iTouch but is really buggy. I've never played FV until today when I downloaded the app. I started and reached lvl 5 then left and came back a few mins later and was lvl 2, I then thought it may go back if I got some XP so I plowed a plot to get to lvl 3. I then left and came back and I was once again lvl 2. I also heard if you have animals it won't load.
