Alright look. John Morrison is a really solid wrestler who incorporates Parkour into what he does. The Prince of Parkour name came from the commentators talking about his match style. I think we all agree that he's not the best at Parkour but he is a damn sight better than any other wrestler out there at it.

For those that like Parkour the man isn't being a poser, it's not his fault the company decided to run with it. He gives the medium a lot of exposure and that's good for everyone.

@quaye1511 If you want flexibility take a yoga class, but parkour in itself isn't really an exercise. You do training TOWARDS parkour. Muscle ups on bars, handstand pushups, jumping exercises, etc.

You seem grammatically challenged my friend. You don't call them parkour specialists. You call them traceurs or freerunners, which both can be used interchangeably.

A football player trains in a way similar to a short distance track runner, by sprinting 100 meters as fast as they can. Anyone can do parkour.
