A few pointers - one search "Efficiency Analysis of Rolling" (video by Demon) - explains it better than I could in a comment!

Secondly a your precisions could be landed more on the balls (generally).

And when you climbup you have to swap legs before you flick. Either learn to flick up of the other leg, or climbup of the other leg or even better - both!
