Please help me! I am looking for the name of a FOX show that aired in the early 90's... It had to do with, like... a post nuclear war or something and there were only 6 or 7 people left in the world in this one house.( kinda like Gilligan's Island, but with fallout) I seem to remember somehting like "oops!" as the show title or something... God its driving me NUTS that I cant remember the name or look up clips on youtube Thank you :)
Does anyone remember the tete-a-tete episode, with the characters pairing off into their own discussions for the whole show? *Unforgettable*, especially Yeardly and Hank Azaria.
Continuing the episode, I realized that another actor I became a fan of from this show was the late Edward Winter (Mr. Crawford). I remember seeing him on an episode of "Saved by the Bell: The College Years" and I loved his character. :-)
Having been born in 1983, I had the great fortune of being present for the premieres of a lot of great shows and, thankfully, this was one of them. :-)
It made me a fan of a lot of the actors in this series (William Ragsdale, Jane Sibbett, Molly Hagan, Ken Hudson Campbell, Peter Mackenzie and the late Jason Bernard) and I think it's wonderful that I can relive these moments again, thanks to your generous contribution of uploading these episodes (especially since the series isn't on DVD yet) :-)
I liked Herman's Head. I was eight when it first aired, but it was a unique idea for a show. Even I could see that. Also, wow at the who's who of who's no longer relevant cast. I didn't realize how loaded the show truly was.
It's not like it got shafted, it saw 71 episodes. It's just an odd little show that caught on and lived out it's life quietly.
I feel sorry for younger tv fans who missed the big sitcom boom period I was fortunate enough to enjoy. 90's FTW! All your new stuff sucks! :)
This show is absolute crap. It's the same cliched dribble that made early 90's sitcoms horrid. the only funny thing was seeing the cats of the simpsons fail miserably.
This was a great show! Anyone remember the one around the same time that had a group of survivors of the end of the world? It was a comedy. One guy survived because he was at the bank drive-thru in a Volvo! They had giant spiders and other post-apocalyptic mutants. What was that show!?!?Also it seems to me that Angel and Heddy seem like the same lesbian couple on Friends? Heddy is,but Angel isn't though.
I had forgotten all about this show until I was cleaning my basement today and ran across a box with some old video casssettes with some of the epi's of this show on one of the tapes. Thanks for posting !!!
@timthecop Tea Leoni was in Flying Blind. That was before the naked Truth which she did for NBC before she married David Duchovny. I liked her. I think Flying Blind might be on a torrent site .
I was 21 years old, watching it with my live-in girlfriend (my future exwife.) When I was 10, I was staying up much later to watch the much cooler, "Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman."
This show was just weird, but it's nice to know that the '91 Corolla comes with such luxuries as cassette, air conditioning and carpeted floor mats. Woo-Hoo!!
