Maybe this would be a great change for the better as longer as the patient care isn't sacrificed, in-exchanges for cheaper care. Further more hopefully also making more reliable diagnoses. With the coat of prices rising and far out weighing incomes, This just may be the act to bring health care to back down to a affordability.
