First heard this 78 Ritz ballroom Manchester, I knew Howard from Spiral scratch and shot from both sides, totally blown away when they came on, Howard playing this riff on an ARP synth !, also didnt know the singer with the support, The Nosebleeds was one Stephen Morrisey.
Absolutely incredible. Wonderful performance! What I particularly like is how happy Howard Devoto seems to be, as opposed to his ultra cold permafrost appearance thirty years ago.
Same as that,, still remain one of my favourite bands of all time, so classy and exciting, saw them at Canterbury Odeon (the Friars )where they had Simple Minds In support, hope they do more shows
Love them, but I do miss John McGeoch, a truly brilliant guitarist In all they bands he played In. Having said that, the new guy fits In a treat, looks like a similar model Guitar (without meaning to be too Anorak) Yamahas I believe John used, either 2000 or 3000 SG, so I thought that was a nice touch
Fucking GREAT!

If we still had bands with the energy + the talent of Magazine today - i would kiss them personally before live gigs.

.......and a new album on the horizon? (but sadly minus Barry Adamson) What new lyrical and tuneful wonders await the faithful?

If I had a spaceship with car radio in it, it would be the music during the travel to mars.

@lossratioband It's an Ovation Magnum. Also used to great effect by Jah Wobble
during early PiL
