This private bank is funded by your income tax payments.

Amen to that, those crooks have been stealing from us since 1913, the dollar has devalued by 80% since then thanks to the good ol folks at the national federal reserve. I didn't agree with Grayson on every issue he brought up throughout his term, but at least he wasn't afraid to push the fed around, can't believe he lost his seat. We need no less than a revolution to set things right in this country.

I agree with Grayson on the Fed; banks borrow @ 0% & lend @ 3 to 5, or buy treasuries. But, what about Cuomo/Clinton & Affordable Housing, HUD, Freddie & Fannie. Giving away the American dream instead of making people earn it, so single salary families can own a home in their 30s with no money down. How about $Billions to autos so the unions wouldn't take cram downs in bk court, when we could've just paid suppliers? Dems gave Hank the "bazooka," & Obama gave $ to banks to save Buffett.

It's not a "meeting." It's an open session of Congress, but when they're just talking and giving speeches like this, often there's only a few people on hand. The rest are usually in committee meetings. But it goes into the Congressional Record, and it's seen on C-SPAN and by the public in the gallery, and it shows up here on Youtube. Which is probably more valuable than having Congressmen sitting in the chamber.
