unfortunately yes, the midi converters usually fail by missing a flat or being a note off. But!

If you take the time to sit in front of a midi player such as Midiswing, you can get the proper notes by watching the song play on a virtual keyboard

i just said i liked this one because the proper amount of note-heads were placed correctly even if the wrong note. Gave me proper locations to put the proper notes then

hmm, it's just i'd prefer if one properly sent any song to midi, i can only idealize some songs to a piano but i couldn't come up with the proper notes, and transcribers add in like 50 extra notes per verse

Everyone just uses midi to piano sheet music converters, which usually don't work out so well. Using the midi as a guide, I notated the song properly for piano.
