Tell me that you've wanted to stress the instrumental for this song and I'll buy it. But untill then I will say that the original song is about voice power. And it's sometimes fading in your version. Nice instrumental, but is getting a bit to syncretic when that ska-like part comes in (2:18) and is directly preceeding the best vocal ornamentation (2:28) making it sound a little ridiculus. So I would rework this part. Note: I can be just mind binded to original too much. Either way GL :)

@xerpenta This was a very detailed review. Yes, the original song is about vocal power, but we actually wanted to showcase our instrumental prowess since we're not a cover band by any means. We structured the entire instrumental in a way that we would if we were to have written the song ourselves. Sure, our vocals will never compare to Adele's, but our goal was to make this song our own. We pretty much took the song which was more on the laid back side compared to our music style and, yes, you do hear power chords, octaves, and palm mutes. Also, a lot of the leads are our own original touch since we wanted to cover this song in a way that was ours. - Matt
