Hmm, your arrangement is good, but it's mixed MUCH too hot (or it's Youtube, but I've never heard this kind of distorted conversion in 720p). Work with multiband compressors on the bass, bring down the overall volumes before you bounce to the 2track and be careful about your limiting. Good luck in the future :)
