@nos0323 only if u dont do it right :) personally im 15 (almost 16)and i have searched a few video tuts about screaming/growling and i have been singing like that for like 3 months now and i havent fcked up my voice yet xD (just a tip if your troath starts hurting......stop till the pain goes away) (and also drink alot of water when you try to scream/growl as it will help)
