I can give an update of the two losers who were living in those tunnels. Steve and Kathryn, who were the ones featured in the video are not homeless for the time being BUT they're doing the exact same thing they are now when they were living in the tunnels. Steve still does still pot, Kathryn still drinks a lot and despite being in a "program", they are doing absolutely nothing to improve their lives. They still roam the casinos looking for money like the morons they are. Two wasted lives.

@rickwilli77 They actually work pretty well. Basically, sewer grates are open on most major streets that open into these flood channels. Flooding issues are considerably less here because of these things than they were ten or twenty years ago.

I live in Vegas and me and my friends went in a tunnel at a park not far form my house i swear that thing strched for miles and it was clear they built it a year ago it was too long we turned around and headed back next time we take a go cart something lol

Bull. I became homeless for 2 years because my landlord decided that he wanted to renovate the apt building where I lived.He threw 33 tenants out. I couldn't find a new place because I had no credit & still went to work every day. I lived with my 2 cats in my car and eventually got a place to live in a senior building. NOT everyone is homeless because they WANT to be. Some people BECAME homeless through no fault of their own. NO one would rent to me during that 2 years, God knows I tried.

People need to understand that drugs, alcohol and mental illness prevent many of these people to live amongst us, as they know they have to live with rules and laws, as they are not interest in or unable to abide to.
