i saw it on the web (trainersplanet) and was wondering if it's worth buying.
it supposedly tells you everything about nutrition and dieting that no other books have, like all the stuff you really need to know (how to formulate diet plans for each individual to burn fat AND grow, etc).
a body building friend recommended it as a must read.
it does afffect growth :) and here's why , when you start weight lifting your bones start hardening aswell , if your still growing that's not good because if they harden it will stop the growth :)
not the grotwth but it can be very dangerous on articulation..better begin with weight only when you have passed 20 years old...i devasted my right knee with hack squat...
better of all are bodyweight exercises,done with proper form!

im 5"9 and 1/2, i weigh almost 160 lbs. and im a little cut up. would weights be right for me? Anyone please respond
