@ekoglen In a PTR you get the codes for free, but if you play the TCG theres a chance you get a "Loot Card" with a code on it.

You can redeem the codes for in game items, anywhere from Spectral Tiger Mounts to Kites.

First off this isnt a private server its a public test server that blizzard puts out to get feed back on how to make patch better. second since the card isn't out blizzard just put a simple code so people can look at the magic rooster mount which is 3333. I know this because am trying out the public test server.
