what do you mean "dont drift when wet"? that's when its the easiest for all platforms especially underpowered ones. i used to powerslide with my 93 Celica(ST model)all the time when it was wet or dry. i just get more angle when its wet. only downside to sliding in the rain is understeer(when coming in too hot), but can easily be overcomed by using the handy e-brake.

Went into a turn going 70 then 180'd and was going backwards at around 40. If you dont know what to do you will wipe out. Got the car stable then spun it around with a reverse 180 and kept going, someone saw me, mostly since what I did was illegal since it was on a public road.
