Mudvayne plays it near twice the studio speed, and Dig is more complex than (SiC) in all aspects. Greg's guitar riffs, and Ryan's bass lines kill anything Mick and Jeff ever did, Mudvayne's drummer is much better than Joey, all joey ever does is constant double bass while hitting the cymbals, not hard at all. DIG destroys SIC as far as musical complexity, and skill it takes to play.

mudvayne are the kings of groove / stylish metal. slipknot has several good songs but sic shouldn't really be in the same arena as dig.

Every Slipknot cd has gone platinum or double platinum(including dvds), 7 grammy nominations and 1 won. Dont get me wrong i do like Mudvayne i have the first 3 cd's and there pretty good, but nothing compares to Slipknot,Iowa,Vol 3, oh and fuck mushroom head lol

Slipknot is better, period. Slipknot does have talent, Mick/Jim can solo, Paul knows how to slap bass just like the mudvayne bassist(prob not as good, but still), corey's screams are way more intense, the songs are more intense, and you want to talk about unique, Slipknot have a fucking turntable, custom percussions, samples, and 9 fucking members who wear masks. They've been around longer than mudvayne, and mudvayne is hardly heavy, he sings half and half(older cd's). Slipknot wins by default

@ReTr093 Retard mudvayne's style is completely different and better than Slipknots. Slipknot are all about hype but Mudvayne brings it they're unique, deep and they're not soft at all. Chad gray owns Corey Taylor and he has the sickest screams ever. And Ryan Martinie (bass) has way more talent than any musician slipknot has even their precious Joey. (He's a damn good drummer though)But more power to both bands they write whatever they want and get whatever they want cuz of it.
